Lithium Ion Cylinder Battery Pack Assembly Line For 18650 26650 Cylindrical Cell
Description
We all know that the automation level of the assembly line is a crucial factor in determining product quality and production efficiency in the overall operation process from a single lithium battery cell to an automated module to a pack production line.
With the improvement of experience and the improvement of automation integration capabilities, XWELL's high-end brand intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises have made great efforts in the construction of semi-automatic assembly production lines, automation equipment integration, data collection and data transmission, and other aspects, and have occupied a corner.
This line mainly realizes the automatic production process of battery packs. The total length of the whole line is 11.5 meters. The automatic assembly and production are completed by double-layer double-speed chain reflow method.
The whole line is composed of the following equipment:

→⑩Module unloading and other stations are combined
Equipped with robot and CCD automatic battery pack production line with fast detection efficiency and high precision. The whole line of equipment can be used in linkage or stand-alone. The interface is simple and clear, easy to operate and easy to maintain.
